Magnificent setting, very polite and welcoming staff.

Location not far from a grocery store and pharmacy, shopping areas, and the various activities...

The location is great and unbeatable and short walk to restaurants and a grocery store, restaurant & Food Lion store, and shopping areas. Make sure to get standard queen room with a huge bedroom, fridge, for instance.

Hotel as a whole is comfortable and relaxing, I truly enjoyed it.

Overall, it's perfect place for exploring Summersville attractions. This is a hotel go-to for Summersville!

The complimentary breakfast is poorly set up. While the food is great the hot drinks need better placement, reaching up to almost 5 feet to get hot water for tea is excessive...I am now nursing a first degree burn on my wrist.

The evening staff were so helpful and pleasant.

There was a constant loud noise outside the first room. Staff said that it was probably the a/c on the lower unit. I asked to be moved and staff were great about that. However, the TV in my new room did not work.

The room was clean and neat, with super comfy beds! The shower was hot and had great pressure. Had a microwave and fridge, convenient. The temperature was easy to adjust. Honestly, the breakfast was amazing with eggs, biscuits, sausage gravy, and waffles! Totally stood out as a highlight. Everything else felt fresh and well-kept.

Within easy walking distance of several places to eat. Reasonably priced and right off the highway.

Had to ask that the office chair be replaced, but the replacement was only slightly better. Otherwise room, staff and all facilities I used were great.
